Drafts at a closed window
Air coming in at the lock or the sill means the weatherstripping or frame is no longer sealing.
02Fog between the panes
Haze between the panes means the seal has failed. Cleaning will not remove it.
03Windows that are hard to operate
Windows that stick, drop, or will not lock can mean the opening is no longer square.
04Soft or stained sills
Soft or stained wood at the sill usually means water is getting in.

We walk through the project, measure every opening, put the approach and price in a written estimate, and then install.
- Walkthrough. We look at the windows, sills, and trim, and at what you want to change.
- Measure and order. Every opening is measured, and the windows are ordered to those sizes.
- Install. The old windows come out and the new ones go in level, flashed, and working.
- Final walkthrough. We open and close every window with you, then haul away the debris.
